SYMPTOMS:

Patient presented with right hip pain, decreased range of motion, and joint clicking.

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS:

1. Right adductor origin moderate-grade avulsion injury, likely subacute to chronic, in the spectrum of athletic pubalgia.

2. Ganglion cyst associated with the right posteroinferior labrum. Associated labral tear is suspected. Consider MR arthrography for further evaluation as clinically indicated.

3. Incongruity of the pubic symphysis, likely represents remote injury.

4. Moderate to large knee joint effusion.
