SYMPTOMS:

Patient complains of moderate shoulder pain and limited stability and range of motion after falling.

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS:

1. Constellation of findings consistent with subacromial impingement:

a. Full thickness supraspinatus tendon tear and tendinosis.

b. Subacromial enthesophyte with narrowing of the acromiohumeral space.

2. Partial thickness subscapularis tendon tear.

3. Acromioclavicular joint osteoarthrosis.

4. Degenerative labral irregularities.
